Please be advised: Though, vitamins have various benefits, they should not be used as cures to illness. Also, certain vitamins (Vitamin A & E) should not be overtaken. Personally, I take my multivitamins everyday for 60-90 days, then I take a break for about 45 days, and start my intake rotation [over] again.
