This skirt is a gem, because it fits throughout different weight phases (for example: I wore this skirt when I was 225lbs and can wear this skirt now at 188lbs). Stretchy waist band and length of skirt depends on customer's height. I am 5'4 and the skirt falls 2" above my knee.
